Meditation & Hypnomeditation
Learn simple meditation techniques to achieve focus, calm and clarity in everyday activities. Meditation relaxes the body and opens the mind to create a natural flow in thinking and problem solving and allows for more appropriate actions and reactions to circumstances and people around you. Just two minutes per day can start you on your way to a more pleasant experience of your daily routines, imagine what 20 - 30 minutes can do for you. For those of you who tend to be more goal oriented and want tools to achieve specific results I offer classes in the practice of hypnomeditation, which combines self-hypnosis with meditation, which is a more self directed form of meditation.

Enhance Performance and Creativity
Want to improve your skills or be more creative? Would you like to access the part of you that is already thinking "out of the box"? Learn how to create flow and have fun at the same time. Reach the zone with zeal.

Manage Aches and Pains

Workshops may be held at the Santa Rosa location or off-site depending on the arrangements. The 8-hour workshops are usually held on Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and space is limited to ten or twelve participants at my location.

Corporate workshops held on-site, for optimum results, should have no more than 20 participants; there is no maximum for lectures or presentation on any of the topics.
