Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that can be induced through relaxation, concentration or visualization. It can also spontaneously occur. Hypnotherapy allows deliberate access around the conscious mind to the subconscious, where suppressed memories and repressed emotions are recorded. Motivated by a desire to change behavior patterns, clients receive relief from phobias, unhealthy habits, and self-limiting belief systems through hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis is entered into deliberately by clients who already know they are suggestible. Contrary to popular notions about hypnosis, clients are fully aware of everything taking place around them and do not lose control or risk becoming incapacitated.
